Our international summer school focuses on young men and women of any nationality aged between 18 and 22. This training experience aims to provide a global vision of the day-to-day of a research laboratory and the life cycle of a research project. Our ultimate goal is to nurture a scientific vocation in future researchers and clinicians.

Who Can Apply?
Anyone between 18 and 22 with a strong interest in science and fluency in English is welcome to apply.
What Is the Schedule?
The Programs will be held every weekday from June 29th to July 31st, 2026. Each Program runs from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm. Applicants may choose to attend one or more of the five available Programs:
June 29th – July 3rd. “Molecular Messages: How the Mother Talks to the Embryo”. Group: Maternal-Embryonic Cross-Talk. PI: Felipe Vilella
July 6th – 10th. “The Science Behind Women’s Tumors”. Group: Molecular and Cellular Origin of Gynecological Tumors. PI: Aymara Mas
July 13th – 17th. “From Discovery to Bedside: Innovation in Maternal-Fetal Medicine”. Group: Maternal Implications in the Origin of Preeclampsia. PI: Tamara Garrido
July 20th – 24th. “The Endometrial Microbiome: From Colonization to Conception” Group: Endometrial Microbiome in Human Reproduction. PI: Inmaculada Moreno
July 27th – 31st. “Imaging the Mouse Embryo”. Group: Embryo Imaging and Developmental Dynamics. PI: Emilia Scharrig
Where Will the Programs Be Held?
Our summer Programs will be held at our facilities in Paterna, Valencia (Spain). Situated at Ronda Narciso Monturiol, 11C, our location offers easy access via public transportation, including bus routes L131A and L144.
What Does It Cost to Participate?
The cost of each Program is €200 + Taxes
What Is the Application Deadline?
The registration form will be open from March 2nd to March 31st, 2026.
How Is the Selection Process?
A competitive selection process will be followed, considering the number of Programs applied for, the date of registration, and the contents of motivation letters.
