The Carlos Simon Foundation has held the first meeting of its Scientific Advisory Board (SAB), an independent body composed of international leaders in reproductive medicine, biomedical research, biotechnology, and health innovation. The session took place at the Foundation’s headquarters in Paterna, Valencia, and brought together SAB members, trustees, principal investigators, and the executive leadership team.
During the meeting, participants reviewed ongoing research lines, clinical translation strategies, and emerging opportunities. The Board provided strategic recommendations on project development, international collaboration, and ways to enhance the clinical and societal impact of the Foundation’s scientific work.
This inaugural session represents a key milestone in the implementation of the Foundation’s strategic plan and reinforces its commitment to scientific excellence and innovation in women’s health.
